Playing against Veigar
How to counter and exploit weaknesses
Punish Veigar in early game: he's very weak and immobile before his stacks and items.
Don't touch the edges of his cage (E): the stun is on the EDGE, not inside. You can stay in the center without being stunned.
Flash or dash over the cage walls to get out — dashes go through them.
Buy MR and HP: his R deals missing HP % damage + AP scaling, MR reduces all of it.
