Outdraft.gg is a free service that allows you to track League of Legends players' activity in real-time: live game detection, match history, and rank progression.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Registration and use of the service implies full acceptance of these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the service.

3. Service Description

Outdraft.gg offers the following features:

• Real-time tracking of League of Legends players' games
• Match history with detailed statistics
• Rank progression charts (LP)
• Event notifications (game start/end, promotions, demotions)

Free version: Track up to 4 players simultaneously.

4. Registration and User Account

To use the service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Not share your account with third parties
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Usage Rules

By using Outdraft.gg, you agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to bypass the website's security measures
• Overload servers with excessive automated requests
• Collect or store personal data from other users
• Impersonate another person or entity

6. Intellectual Property

The Outdraft.gg website, its source code, design, and content are protected by copyright.

Game data (statistics, ranks, match history) comes from the official Riot Games API and remains the property of Riot Games, Inc. Visuals (champion icons, items, spells) are provided through Riot Data Dragon (DDragon). Certain analytical data (builds, win rates, matchup statistics) comes from third-party services such as op.gg, used for informational purposes.

League of Legends and Riot Games are registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

Third-Party Data Sources

To provide build recommendations and analytics, Outdraft.gg uses aggregated data from public sources, including op.gg. This data is used for informational purposes only and is not produced by Outdraft.gg.

Sources used:

• Riot Games API: real-time data (games, statistics, ranks)
• Riot Data Dragon (DDragon): visual assets (icons, images)
• op.gg: aggregated analytical data (popular builds, win rates, matchup statistics)

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Permanent and uninterrupted availability of the service
• Accuracy or completeness of displayed data
• Absence of bugs or errors

Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

9. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of changes by email or by a notification on the website. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these Terms, without notice or compensation.
