Account Data

• Email address: for account creation and communications
• Password: stored encrypted (hashed), never in plain text

Game Data (via Riot Games API)

• Riot ID: player identifier (name#tag)
• PUUID: unique Riot Games technical identifier
• Match history: results, statistics, champions played
• Rank: division, tier, LP (League Points)

3. Purpose of Processing

Your data is used to:

• Create and manage your user account
• Provide the League of Legends player tracking service
• Display match history and rank progression
• Send you service-related notifications (optional)

4. Legal Basis

The processing of your data is based on your consent, given when creating your account and accepting the Terms of Service.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, all your personal data is deleted within 30 days.

Game data (match history, ranks) of players you track may be retained in anonymized form for statistical purposes.

6. Data Recipients

Your data may be processed by:

• Supabase (database and authentication) - hosted in the United States
• Vercel (website hosting) - hosted in the United States
• Sentry (technical error monitoring) - hosted in the European Union

These providers are bound by confidentiality and security commitments.

Data transfers to the United States (Supabase, Vercel) are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, ensuring an adequate level of protection for your data.

8. Cookies and Local Storage

Outdraft.gg only uses:

• LocalStorage: to temporarily store cached data and improve performance

We do not use any cookies for advertising purposes.

9. Audience Measurement

Outdraft.gg uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to measure audience and website performance. These tools are designed to respect your privacy:

• No cookies are stored on your device
• Collected data is anonymized (approximate country/city, device type, browser)
• An anonymous hash is used to identify unique visitors, then automatically deleted after 24 hours
• No data allows personal identification or tracking your browsing on other sites

These tools do not require prior consent under GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive, as they do not use trackers stored on your device.
