Account Data

• Email address: for account creation and communications
• Password: stored encrypted (hashed), never in plain text

Game Data (via Riot Games API)

• Riot ID: player identifier (name#tag)
• PUUID: unique Riot Games technical identifier
• Match history: results, statistics, champions played
• Rank: division, tier, LP (League Points)

3. Purpose of Processing

Your data is used to:

• Create and manage your user account
• Provide the League of Legends player tracking service
• Display match history and rank progression
• Send you service-related notifications (optional)

4. Legal Basis

The processing of your data is based on your consent, given when creating your account and accepting the Terms of Service.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, all your personal data is deleted within 30 days.

Game data (match history, ranks) of players you track may be retained in anonymized form for statistical purposes.

6. Data Recipients

Your data may be processed by:

• OVH (hosting, database and authentication), hosted in France (European Union)
• Cloudflare (content delivery network and protection), processes network traffic
• Sentry (technical error monitoring), hosted in the European Union

These providers are bound by confidentiality and security commitments.

Your data is hosted and stored in France (European Union), at OVH. Any transfers to providers located outside the European Union are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

• Right to rectification: correct inaccurate data
• Right to erasure: request deletion of your data

8. Cookies and Local Storage

Outdraft.gg only uses:

• Language cookie (od_lang): stores your language preference

• LocalStorage: to temporarily store cached data and improve performance

We do not use any cookies for advertising purposes.

Outdraft.gg uses Google Analytics 4 to measure audience and website performance, only with your consent (via the cookie banner):

• Audience measurement is disabled by default and only activates after your explicit consent

• You can withdraw your consent at any time from the cookie settings
• Data is processed by Google; transfers outside the European Union are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)

In accordance with GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive, no tracker is stored until you accept: audience measurement is only activated after your consent is obtained.
