Tips to maximize your impact

  1. Take aggressive trades

    Take aggressive trades: Skaarl, the Cowardly Lizard (passive) takes damage for you, and once dismounted, you still have your own health.

  2. Stay near your hooked target

    After Bear Trap on a Rope (Q), stay near your target: after a short moment, you yank the trap out, which damages, pulls and slows them.

  3. Fight to remount

    When dismounted, keep hitting enemies: Skaarl, the Cowardly Lizard (passive) regains courage during the fight and puts you back in the saddle once the gauge is full.

  4. Charge from long range with your R

    Engage from long range with Chaaaaaaaarge!!! (R): the longer the run, the harder Skaarl hits the first champion in the way, and your trail speeds up your allies.

How to counter and exploit weaknesses

  1. Don't chase him

    Don't chase Singed: behind him, Poison Trail (Q) damages you every second, and that's what he wants.

  2. Get out of his glue fast

    Get out of Mega Adhesive (W) fast: the glue slows and grounds you, so you can't dash.

  3. Keep your distance

    If you're ranged, keep your distance: Fling (E) only works in melee range, and it throws you behind him, toward his allies.

  4. CC on him, damage on them

    If you have CC, use it on Singed when he dives, then hit his allies: he's hard to bring down, but he has to come into melee range.
