Tips to maximize your impact

Start with your Q
Look for Dark Binding (Q) early on: the first enemy hit is rooted, giving your carry time to catch them.
W under the rooted target
Place Tormented Shadow (W) under the target of Dark Binding (Q): rooted, they take the whole zone, whose damage grows with their missing health.
Shield right before the CC
Cast Black Shield (E) on an ally right before CC hits them: while it holds, it blocks disabling and immobilizing CC and absorbs magic damage.
Stay in range of your chains
After Soul Shackles (R), stay in range of the chained enemies: those who haven't broken their chain by the end are damaged and stunned.

Stay behind your minions
Stay behind your minions: Dark Binding (Q) roots the first enemy hit, so a single minion is enough to block it.
Don't CC into her shield
If you have CC, don't throw it into Black Shield (E): it blocks disabling and immobilizing CC while it holds, and only magic damage can break it sooner.
Break her chains
When Soul Shackles (R) binds you, move away from her to break the chain: otherwise, at the end, you take damage again and get stunned.
Engage when her E is down
Engage when Black Shield (E) is on cooldown: it comes back in 26 to 16 seconds, and without it, her allies have no protection against CC.

Soul Siphon (P)

Morgana drains spirit from her enemies, healing as she deals damage to champions, large minions, and medium and larger jungler monsters.
