How to counter and exploit weaknesses

Buy Grievous Wounds early: Aatrox relies heavily on his sustain to win trades.

Dodge his Q1 and Q2 sideways, then dodge forward on Q3 to get out of the sweet spot zone.

Punish him when his Q is on cooldown (14-10s) — it's his only significant damage source.

His W can be dodged by walking out of the zone before it closes — save a dash or Flash for it.
