How to counter and exploit weaknesses

Do NOT chase Singed: that's exactly what he wants. You run through his poison and die. Let him go.

The ground from his E prevents dashes — don't walk into it if you need your dash to escape.

Punish him early: Singed is weak before his items and can't fight directly.

Ranged champions counter him in lane: he can't reach you without Flash + E.
