How to counter and exploit weaknesses

Do NOT take extended trades against Jax: his attack speed passive and E make him stronger the longer the fight goes.

When his E is active, don't auto-attack him — use abilities instead because he only blocks autos.

Punish him when his E is on cooldown (16-8s): it's his main defense.

Jax is one of the best split pushers in the game — don't leave him alone in a side lane in the late game.
