Tips to maximize your impact

Start trades with Counter Strike
Start your trades with Counter Strike (E): you dodge autos and take less area damage, and each dodged auto adds damage to the stunning counterattack.
Look for long trades
Look for long trades: each consecutive auto increases your attack speed thanks to Relentless Assault (passive).
Ward hop to escape
To escape, place a ward and jump to it with Leap Strike (Q): it can target any unit or ward, allied or enemy.
Activate your R up close
Activate Grandmaster-at-Arms (R) up close: it only grants armor and magic resist if it hits a champion, and your bonus hits then land every other auto.

How to counter and exploit weaknesses

Short trades
Take a short trade, then back off: Relentless Assault (passive) increases his attack speed with each consecutive auto.
Back off during Counter Strike
During Counter Strike (E), back off instead of attacking: he dodges your autos, then stuns nearby enemies, dealing more damage per dodged auto.
Trade after his E
Trade right after Counter Strike (E): it's both his defense and his only stun, and it has a 17 to 9 second cooldown.
Don't let him split push alone
In the late game, don't leave his split push unanswered: send someone to hold his lane, or force an objective on the other side of the map.
