How to counter and exploit weaknesses
Punish her aggressively in the early game (levels 1-5): Vayne has short range (550) and no waveclear, she's very vulnerable.
Buy Plated Steelcaps — they reduce her auto-attack damage which is her only source of DPS.
Avoid fights near walls: her E (Condemn) stuns against walls for a long duration.
Control Wards and Oracle Lens reveal Vayne during her invisibility (R+Q) — place them in teamfights to target her.
