Rakan is one of the most mobile supports: his engages are fast. Prepare CC to stop him during his W.

Spread out when he activates R (charm): he wants to charm as many targets as possible by running through the group.

Rakan is extremely squishy: if he's CC'd before he can return to his carry, he dies instantly.
