Tips to maximize your impact

  1. Prepare your graves

    Hit a champion or last-hit a minion with Last Rites (Q) to dig a grave: with three graves nearby, recast the spell to raise Mist Walkers from them.

  2. Mark your target with your Mist

    Hit your target with Mourning Mist (E): your nearby graves keep raising Mist Walkers, the target loses armor, and your units rush toward them.

  3. Wall in your target

    Trap your target in Dark Procession (W): the wall blocks enemies but not your allies, and your Mist Walkers hit them in the meantime.

  4. Split push with your Maiden

    After 10 seconds, recast Eulogy of the Isles (R) to send the Maiden of the Mist to push the nearest lane, but you lose a big part of your power.

Playing against Sion

How to counter and exploit weaknesses

  1. Leave his Smash area

    Leave the area while he charges Decimating Smash (Q): past 1 second of charge, the hit applies a knock-up and a stun, for up to 2.25 seconds.

  2. Break his shield

    Break the Soul Furnace (W) shield before he detonates it: he can only trigger it if the shield still holds.

  3. Dodge his charge sideways

    Step to the side of Unstoppable Onslaught (R): he turns poorly once it's launched, and his charge stops on the first champion hit.

  4. Back off when he comes back to life

    Back off as soon as he dies: during Glory in Death (passive), his autos are much faster and deal damage based on your max health, but his health drains fast.
