Tips to maximize your impact

Poke and reveal with your bomb
Poke with Phosphorus Bomb (Q): the area and the champions hit are revealed for a few seconds, enough to follow an opponent into a brush.
Start your trades with Gatling Gun
Start your trades with Gatling Gun (E): it lowers the armor and magic resist of the enemies hit while it fires.
Save the Big One
Save the Big One, every third missile of Missile Barrage (R), for a champion: it deals much more damage than the other missiles.
Save Valkyrie to escape
Save Valkyrie (W) to escape rather than to engage: without it, you're vulnerable for its 20 to 12 second cooldown.
Don't engage alone with the package
Only engage with Special Delivery if your team can follow: after using it, as after Valkyrie (W), you're vulnerable.

How to counter and exploit weaknesses

Don't count on your minions
Don't count on your minions against Missile Barrage (R): each missile explodes on impact and damages enemies around it, you included.
Leave his Gatling cone
Get out of the Gatling Gun (E) cone rather than trading inside it: it lowers your armor and magic resist while it fires.
Avoid brushes hit by his bomb
Don't rely on a brush hit by Phosphorus Bomb (Q): the area and the champions hit stay revealed for a few seconds.
Engage after his dash
If you can engage, wait until Valkyrie (W) or Special Delivery is used: he's then vulnerable, with no way to reposition.
