Udyr has four basic Abilities that swap between Stances and can Recast an Ability to renew it with Ultimate benefits. Additionally, after using an Ability, Udyr's next two Attacks gain Attack Speed.

R (Wingborne Storm) is your main engage/AoE damage — activate it while running toward enemies.
E (Blazing Stampede) stuns the target on the first hit — switch targets to stun multiple enemies.
W (Iron Mantle) shields and heals — switch to W when you're taking heavy damage in fights.

Playing against Udyr
How to counter and exploit weaknesses
Kite Udyr: he has no gap-close other than running at you. Slows and dashes counter him.
His E only stuns each target once every few seconds — after the stun, the fight is in your favor.
Udyr is a fast-clearing jungler: invade his camps to set him behind.
Ranged CC prevents him from getting close: mages and ADCs with peel counter him well.
